Privacy Policy

Synaptara collects the information needed to create your account, secure your workspace, provide the apps you use, and support your team. You can request a copy of your account data from profile settings. Exports are generated as JSON or CSV and include account records plus tenant records associated with your user ID or email address. You can request account deletion from profile settings. When you are the last owner of a workspace, Synaptara drops that tenant schema as part of deletion. Synaptara uses technical safeguards including access controls, encryption for sensitive records, audit logs, and tenant isolation controls.
